Program Fees Terms and Conditions

Fees

All entry fees, food, and activity costs are covered by the participant and their family. We provide services to people who have NDIS and fee for service funding. Staffing costs are billed separately in line with the NDIS price guide 2024/25 for flexible Core Supports. Self-Managed and Plan Managed clients only. NDIS Fund Managed clients cannot be accepted at this stage till our NDIS registration has been fully approved by the NDIS commission. We will notify our community once the registration letter has been issued by the NDIS commission.

Essential Information

Activities and program times may change due to weather, ticket availability, transport limitations or participants, and staff attendance. If this happens, you will be notified.

Please only express interest in activities suitable and appropriate for the person you support, considering their wants, needs, and interests. If you are booking into an activity that requires a pre-paid ticket or program cost, you are confirming that you have agreed to pay any out-of-pocket costs that have been outlined in your booking confirmation once received.

You will be invoiced directly for this cost and will not be required to supply money on the day for this component of the days schedule. If you would like to provide additional funds for your child to purchase food or drinks, then a Money and Property consent form will need to be signed 7 days prior to the scheduled date your child will be attending our program.

Prices of programs may change slightly due to online booking fees. If there is an increase in price, you will be notified. However, we negotiate group rates for our participants to provide the lowest cost possible which means cancelling could change the total cost of the group booking.

You will need a BeyondLimits Care & Support Services Community Inclusion Service Agreement that includes Flexible Core Support funding. If you do not have this, please contact us for support with this process.

Cancellation Policy

What happens if my child, or the person I support, can no longer attend a program they have been booked in for? We understand things can change! As soon as you are aware your child can no longer attend, please get in touch with us.

If you become unable to attend a program that you have pre-purchased a ticket for, any refunds will be in line with relevant activity venue cancellation policies (7-10 days notice to cancel). In most cases if less than 7 days’ notice is provided you will forfeit the cost of entry for this activity, event or excursion.

If you are unable to attend a program that you are booked in for, you need to notify us seven (7) days before to avoid being charged 100% of the program support cost, as per NDIS guidelines.

Transportation Fees and Essential Information

BeyondLimits Care & Support Services Utilises our owned 12-or 14-seater bus to transport all participants together. We find it safer travel to and from each location or excursion and the cost is shared amongst all participants on the day. Most of our families have a greater peace of mind knowing their children are safe in one vehicle rather than using public transport options to get around. This can be risky, and we aim to avoid all risks when caring for your children.

An example of how the transport cost is broken down

$2.76/km rate (i.e. 100 kilometres travelled for the day divided by 10 participants - $2.76 x 100 / 10 = $26.76 per person) plus the cost of 2 support workers for supervision during transport (2 workers charged /10 clients for the travel time to and from the events locations. This charge will be added to the cost of supports for each person and separated on the invoice.

An example of how a support workers hourly cost is allocated to each child

Support worker rates are charged in alignment with the NDIS Price Guide 2024/2025. We aim to provide the lowest cost with the very best care by allocating 2 children to one support worker. (1-2) If your child requires one on one (1-1) support, then the full hourly rate will be charged for the one-on-one support for your child. Please advise us when making an EOI (Expression of Interest enquiry) so we can discuss your child’s specific needs before the planned day of fun and activities.
